Welcome to SignOx (the "App", "Service", "we", "us"). This application is operated by N.S.N IDTECH. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the SignOx mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Account details: Name, email address, organization ID, team, and role — provided by you during registration.

Authentication tokens: Stored securely on your device to maintain your session.

Device information: Device type and operating system version for crash reporting purposes.

Crash reports: Automatic crash and error data collected by Firebase Crashlytics to help us improve the app.

2. Device Permissions

The app requests the following permissions:

• Bluetooth (BLE): To discover, pair with, and communicate with SignOx tactical devices.
• Camera: To scan the QR code printed on your SignOx device during provisioning.
• Internet: To sync device data with the SignOx backend and send crash reports.
• Location (iOS only, legacy): Required by iOS 12 and earlier to scan for Bluetooth devices. Not used for tracking.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Managing your account and verifying your identity
• Enabling communication between your phone and SignOx tactical devices
• Diagnosing and fixing app crashes and errors
• Securing the service and preventing unauthorized access

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

• Firebase Crashlytics (Google): Automatic crash reporting. Privacy policy
• Amazon Web Services: Backend server hosting and data storage. Privacy policy

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on Amazon Web Services. We use industry-standard protections including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS) and encrypted local token storage on your device. We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

6. Your Rights

• Right of access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Right to correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data

7. Children's Privacy

SignOx is intended for professional use by adults aged 17 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
